Marcin Kmita

Co-Founder and CEO

Marcin has 25+ years of experience designing, building, and managing Data Centre sites and AWS-hosted cloud infrastructure for high-profile global iGaming, FinTech, and ISP customers.

Working together with cutting-edge technology partners such as Cisco, HPE, IBM, VMware, Cloudflare and CrowdStrike to deliver stable, scalable, and secure solutions fit for Enterprise business. Having spent a decade working closely with software and applications providers, Marcin is proficient in architecting infrastructure suitable for demanding high-performance infrastructure.

His deployments are currently in use by some of the biggest iGaming brands, including Hard Rock, BetFanatics, Betfair and others, each environment capable of coping with 200000 concurrent users, 5000 transactions per second, 1000 bets per second and more. Marcin has extensive experience working with Data Centre providers and technicians worldwide, including demanding Asian and African sites.

Lukasz Sokol

Co-Founder

Lukasz has 15+ years of broad experience in managing and delivering complex installations. Working closely with some of the top art galleries, museums and expos worldwide. Building on the success of the Mayfair Carpenters Workshop gallery, exhibition spaces in Paris (2011), New York (2015) and San Francisco (2018) followed, each with demanding requirements that required a rigorous approach to team leadership, budget control, deadlines, and a microscopic attention to detail, whilst also familiarising himself with local regulations.

Alongside the gallery’s physical expansion, Lukasz was called upon to deliver an ambitious programme of exhibitions (150+) at each of the galleries and around the world at numerous art fairs (100+) including; Design Miami & Design Miami/ Basel, PAD (Paris, London, Geneva), Masterpiece, Tefaf (Maastricht, New York), Design Days Dubai, The Salon NY, FOG, Expo Chicago, Art Abu Dhabi, Arte Fiera, Brafa, Artmonte-Carlo, Design Shanghai and La Biennale (Paris) amongst others.

Since 2019, Lukasz has also been working closely with Marcin and Tati, providing complex logistics solutions for the Data Centre sites, including warehousing, reverse logistics, hardware deliveries and kit decommissioning for all the US-based iGaming sites.

Bart Banaszkiewicz

Founding Infrastructure Engineer

Bartosz brings 12 years of experience in engineering and managing critical infrastructure, with a career foundation built at industry leaders such as IBM and within the Porsche transportation sector. This background provided a rigorous environment for mastering enterprise standards and high-performance hardware, including Mainframe, Dell, and HPE servers.

Working at the intersection of traditional stability and modern agility, Bartosz collaborates closely with premier technology partners like VMware and Cisco. This close integration ensures that every solution—from networking to virtualization—is optimized for the always-on requirements of Enterprise business.

Specialising in the iGaming industry, Bartosz designs and builds the specialised infrastructure required to power high-traffic gaming platforms. Their deployments are engineered to handle the intense pressures of the betting world, where managing high concurrency and rapid-fire transactions is the baseline for success.

Tati Kmita

Founding Engineer

Tati has 15+ years of experience building and running high performing Engineering teams across North America, Europe and APAC.

Ex-Thought Machine, Tati has worked on 20+ world-class secure deployments for Tier 1 banks in the cloud, in private clouds and in hybrid scenarios, achieving security, scale and cost optimisation.

Lately, Tati ran a replatforming effort in Sub-Saharan Africa, achieving a 30-day time to production in the world’s most challenging IT circumstances.
